There is no newsletter and no marketing list. Applying does not subscribe you to anything.

01 Who we are
QuickAIBuy provides External Product Review — a bounded review of the evidence behind a specific product or supplier opportunity. This notice applies to visitors to this website and people who contact us or apply for the review pilot. QuickAIBuy is the public brand responsible for handling these inquiries. 02 What we collect
The Pilot form asks for your name, email, optional company or store, target marketplace and destination, product/variant, decision and timing, plus any links, supplier details, approximate commitment, evidence categories and concerns you choose to share. We also retain inquiry correspondence and submission/follow-up records. There is no file upload or customer account creation in this application flow.
Website requests include basic technical information such as an IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested page and request timing. The contact flow uses IP information for abuse prevention and records browser/user-agent and referring-page information with the submission. Hosting and security systems may maintain request and error logs.
03 Why we use it
We use the information you submit to review and respond to your pilot application, assess whether the review fits, discuss scope and timing, and manage related communication. Submission records and internal notifications help us follow up. Technical information helps operate the website, investigate faults and prevent abuse.
Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not sell application information. A later paid engagement requires a separately confirmed scope and commercial agreement; this form does not itself begin that work.
04 What not to send us
Please do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth/access/session tokens or cookies, payment-card or bank-login information, private marketplace or supplier credentials, sensitive identity documents, marketplace buyer/customer personal information, or confidential unrelated datasets. Share only links and information you are entitled to provide.
This website and Pilot are intended for adult business users, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, or you have sent sensitive material by mistake, contact privacy@quickaibuy.com so we can review it.
05 Who can see it
Applications are available to the people handling inquiries and reviews. They are stored for internal follow-up; configured internal notification channels may carry the application details. We use service infrastructure for website hosting, data storage, security and business communications. Google Workspace supports our business email. We do not publish applications or automatically send them to suppliers.
Service infrastructure can process information in countries other than your own. The processing location depends on the service and configuration in use. Contact us for information relevant to your inquiry. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse and protect legitimate rights.
We use access controls and abuse-prevention measures to limit unnecessary exposure. No website, storage system or communication channel can guarantee absolute security.
06 How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and application information as needed to respond, manage follow-up and any separately agreed relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal and security obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, the ongoing relationship and any need to preserve records. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline. You can ask us to review or delete your application using the privacy contact below.
07 Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your application. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent authority. These rights can have conditions or exceptions.
Write to privacy@quickaibuy.com. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not send sensitive identity documents through the public form. We will explain the response and any applicable limitations.
08 Site measurement
The public website does not include advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or an application-integrated audience analytics service. The form does not use a newsletter opt-in or marketing consent checkbox. Hosting and security infrastructure still processes technical requests and may use mechanisms necessary to operate or protect the service. External sites you choose to visit have their own practices.
Preview form testing is simulated in the browser and does not send or save an application. Loading a Preview page still creates ordinary hosting requests. We will review this notice and any necessary consent controls if measurement or tracking changes.
09 Changes to this page
If our handling of information changes, we will update this notice and its last-updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
